Refund policy

Returns:
- No refunds will be issued unless the item has undisclosed damage.
- We offer store credit for any item that the customer is not happy with.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back at their own expense.
To initiate a return:

- We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue you store credit for the returned item.
Undisclosed Damage:
- If your item arrives with undisclosed damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We will request photos of the damage and may request that the item be returned for inspection.
- If the damage is verified, we will issue you a refund or provide store credit, as per your preference.
Please note:
- All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria.
