YOU MAY BRING CLOTHES IN ANYTIME. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW 👇👇

How It Works

1. Bag Limit

Bring in a maximum of two reusable shopping bags of clothing. (No garbage bags please!)

 

2. If a Buyer is On-Site

We’ll go through your clothes at the earliest convenience (usually within 30 minutes).

 

3. If a Buyer is Not On-Site

You can leave your clothes with us.We’ll notify you within 2 business days once we’re done reviewing. You’ll then have 48 hours to return to the store.

Important Notes

 

We will only process two bags maximum per visit.

 Clothes must be freshly laundered before arrival.

 Items from smoking households are far less likely to be accepted.

 

We are being extremely selective. Clothing that is:

heavily worn

older than 3 years (unless Vintage)

Low-end or unknown brands

or out of current style

is unlikely to be accepted.
